“AN EXECUTIVE ORDER DESIGNATING HON. GWENDOLYN C. LUMIGUID BARANGAY

KAGAWAD, AS DRRM OFFICER OF BARANGAY CAPILAN, LEBAK, SULTAN KUDARAT.”

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Regional Memorandum Circular No. 2019-15, dated May 3, 2019, issued by the
DILG, there is a need for the Organization of the Barangay DRRM officer in every barangay;

WHEREAS, the Municipal Mayors through the MDRRMOs are encouraged to organize and/or federate and
convene the designate Barangay DRRM Officers to discuss in the implementing Disaster Risk Reduction Management
and Climate Change Adaptation Activity;

NOW THEREFORE, I ROBERTO V. HORTILLANO the Punong Barangay of Capilan, Municipality of

Lebak, Province of Sultan Kudarat, do hereby order the designation of the above-mentioned Barangay Kagawad as the
Barangay DRRM Officers of this barangay.

This order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the Barangay Capilan, Municipality of Lebak, Province of Sultan Kudarat, this 8 th day of January, 2019.
