Greetings from Bikat Adventures,

Hope you all have been preparing well for your upcoming trek to Kuari Pass Trek. We are
sharing relevant information related to the documents to be furnished, packing list, reporting
time & place for those who have availed transportation through us or coming directly to Base
camp & Local Govt. guidelines related to Covid.

A. Packing List

B. Required Documents for Trek

1. Undertaking Form (Attached in email) - Please fill and e-sign all the pages of the
Undertaking Form and send it to us via email at forms.bikatadventures@gmail.com
with your name, trek name & batch date in Subject. Please carry the hard copy of the
last page of UT form duly signed (which has expedition dates & your other details).
You can e-sign using Acrobat Reader (To save paper, e-sign all the pages and carry
only the last page duly signed)

2. Photo ID - Please share your Photo ID (Aadhar/ Voter ID / Driving License) other
than the Pan Card required for trek permit. The photo id can be sent along with the
duly signed UT form at forms.bikatadventures@gmail.com. Failure to submit the
photo id within the stipulated time of 5 days prior to the departure date can lead to
the cancellation of your trek.
3. Covid-19 related documents - As per the state govt. Tourists coming to
Uttarakhand via Air / Road are required to bring the negative RTPCR / TRUNAT /

RAT / CBNAAT report is not older than 72 hours at the time of entry in the state.
Those who are fully vaccinated (2 doses) are not required to bring any negative
report and they have to carry their vaccination certificate.Send across the Double
vaccination certificate or negative Covid report to us at
forms.bikatadventures@gmail.com along with your Photo ID & duly signed
undertaking form.

The participants have to register himself/herself on Smart City Dehradun Portal

Following details are to be filled in “Travelling To” section of the registration form

District Name - Chamoli

Block Name/Ward Name – Joshimath (MB) – Upper Bazaar, Dando, Ward No. 6

Address – Jain Guest House / Similar, Upper Bazaar Road, Joshimath

C. Reporting Time & Place

1. Transportation Availed with Bikat from Dehradun - Those who have availed
transportation with Bikat the details are as follows

Reporting Time: 7:00 AM on Batch Date


Reporting Place: Outside Big Bazar adjacent to ISBT Dehradun

2. Transportation not availed with Bikat from Dehradun - Those participants who
are coming on their own to Joshimath (base camp) have to report at camp.

Reporting Time: 5:00 PM


Reporting Place: Hotel Simran Palace, Upper Bazaar Road, Joshimath
D. ADD-ONS (Dehradun to Dehradun transport / Back Pack Offloading / Single
Accommodation Tent):

Those participants who had not opted for any of the add-ons at the time of booking
the trek but wanted to avail now can book their add-ons from their Login dashboard
on Bikat website only. There is an option of Add Addons against your Booking ID
which is used to make the payment. Mandatory Insurance has already been paid by
you so no need to select the same.

Transportation Cost per participant Dehradun to Dehradun: INR 2730 (Incl of 5%


GST)

Backpack Offloading Cost per Participant: INR 1124.55 (Incl of 5% GST)

Single Accommodation Tent Cost per Participant: INR 630 (Incl of 5% GST)

*Add ons and rentals can be opted Till Wednesday 12:00 Pm and please do call
on this no 8588878499 to inform for the same after making payment.

E. Equipment Rental

Please refer to the link below for the equipment rentals available for the trek.The batch date
should be selected as the starting date for rental otherwise you will not be able to get the
rental at base point on batch date. The rental period should be 3 days for Kuari Pass Trek.

F. Vehicle & Driver Details

For those who have opted for transportation with us, the details related to Vehicle & Driver
contact details will be shared a day prior to your departure date in the Whatsapp group only.
