Dear Sir,

1. We have provided an offer dated _________ to the members of your Society


for the proposed redevelopment of Society’s Plot no. 349, CTS No. E/392
together with existing building standing thereon known as ‘Priyadarshini’
situate lying and being at 12th Road, Khar West, Mumbai-400 052 (hereinafter
collectively referred to as the “Property”) and are in the process of drafting
the Development Agreement to be executed between the Society and
ourselves.

2. We have obtained Consent Letters from ___ out of total _____ members of
the Society and are in the process of negotiating terms for redevelopment of
the said Property with the balance few members of the Society.

3. As you may be aware, the government is offering a scheme permitting facility


of concession in premium as per Govt. directives u/s 154 of MR&TP Act 1956
issued u/no.TPS-1820/SR-27/CR-80/20/UD-13 dated 14 th January, 2021. We
are desirous of taking benefit under the said scheme and paying premiums at
discounted value in the name of your Society. We shall pay all premiums,
costs, expenses, charges required and bear all other expenses for obtaining
the sanctioned plans and benefits under Govt. directives u/s 154 of MR&TP
Act 1956 issued u/no.TPS-1820/SR-27/CR-80/20/UD-13 dated 14 th January,
2021. We confirm that all payments will be made in the name of the Society
alone and not under our name.

4. For the aforesaid reason, we require your Society’s permission by way of


Society resolution to obtain sanction of plans, purchase TDR and load it on
the Society’s Plot as well as pay the premiums required to be paid to the

government, at your earliest and in any case before _________ December,


2021. Kindly let us know if you require any further information from us in this
regard.
