ABOUT US

Azrin Nazri Resources is a new company with core service in management – mixed hospitality, event
management, asset management and adventure sports. We have been the adventure service provider
and travel and tour under the previous company named Global Mahsuri Holidays Sdn Bhd since
2016. We help to manage our guests with back to back adventure or leisure itinerary. Our expertise
is to manage and arrange trips and tour all around Malaysia and globally.
We have conducted several local-centric events and tour, primarily on team building, outbound and
inbound tour, car, motorcycles and bicycle rental, ticketing, adventure and extreme sports events with
international crowd and many more events related to tourism. Since Covid-19 has taken over
the world for several years, we are now starting a fresh journey and rebranding our company.
We have a few brands under Azrin Nazri Resources which is on business until today. We hope to
create a better service on travel experiences and provide as much as we can to cater any
traveler's need.

THE PROPOSAL
The transportation rental services in Langkawi is one of the massive industry in the island as
Langkawi is well known to local and international tourist. Despite of a growing new car rental
services company, the demand is still high compare to the supply. In 2020-2021, Covid-19 has a
very huge impact on car rental services in Langkawi. As the business’s owner need to sustain during
the pandemic, many of them have to sell their rental car for a living, hence the shortage of rental car
happen when travel is allowed again.

Looking back before pandemic, in certain huge events in Langkawi like LIMA (Langkawi
International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition), Ironman and Le Tour De Langkawi, often cars,
motorcycles even bicycles are fully book and to meet the demands, rental services company will
bring in extra transportation from across the island. Eventhough the island is quite large,
Langkawi does not have any public transportation. Now, when the traveling is allowed to
Langkawi, even before fully operated, cars are sold out fast. Thus, the urge to have extra cars
is really in need.
THE PROPOSAL
We suggested to bring more transportation especially cars to Langkawi for the rental
services.We will be the handling and operation team in Langkawi while owner of the
transportation will be the investors as they put their cars for us to run the rental services.

We welcome any kind of transportation (car, motorcycles, bicycles, electric motorbike, electric
bicycles, van, boat and high end vehicles like Mercedes and BMW) for the rental services.

We are targeting the tourist and also the peoples who have work travel to Langkawi. Our main
office will be in Padang Matsirat and operated around jetty and airport.

We are offering services of the transportation rental and other complementary services.We
intend giving our customers every reason to always rent or lease of transportation which is why
we have customized our services. Our intention of starting the transportation rental company is
to favorable compete in the industry while making profits from the industry and we will do all
that is permitted by the law in the Langkawi to achieve our aim and business goal.

PRICING STRATEGY
Our pricing system is going to be based on what is obtainable in the car rental services industry,
we don’t intend to charge more (except for premium and customized services) and we don’t
intend to charge less than our competitors are offering in Langkawi.

Be that as it may, we have put plans in place to offer discount services once in a while and also to
reward our loyal customers especially when they refer clients to us.The prices of our services
will be same as what is obtainable in the open market.

Our payment policy will be all inclusive because we are quite aware that different clients would
prefer different payment options as it suits them.
Here are the payment options that we will make available to our clients;

BUSINESS OPPURTUNITY
As we are having a shortage of transportation, we would like to open for any
business collaboration and partners specifically for rental car. For now, the
fastest selling models are Axia, Viva and Myvi. But, any models would be
welcome as far as it is Automatic handling, good condition and clean. The
details are as below :
1. Before any agreement, we will check thoroughly all the vehicles by
ourselves or by the authorized person.
2. Every agreed collaboration or partnership will be on agreement paper.
3. We will not cover any expenses of traveling to Langkawi unless there is any other
way agreed by both parties.
4. We will not cover the car’s loan (If any).
5. The Road tax, Insurance fee and maintenance of the car will automatically be
deducted out of total sale every month (minimum RM150 for a car, depends on
model) while it is still for rental.
6. Out of total net profit (after 2.5% zakat deduction – for muslim) every month, 30%
will goes to owner of the cars 70% will goes to Azrin Nazri Resources (ANR).
EXAMPLE OF CALCULATION
Total sale – Total monthly deduction for maintenance, insurance and road tax = Total net
Profit

Let say,

An Axia is sold for 25 nights for November 2021. Average selling price is RM60.00.

Thus,

(25 nights x RM60 = RM1,500.00) – RM150.00 =RM1,350.00

2.5% Deduction for zakat = RM33.75

Net Profit = RM1,316.25

Profit Division :
30% (Owner) = RM394.90
70% (ANR) = RM921.35
ADDITION
1. If the monthly deduction is not fully used after 12 months (or after road tax and
insurance renewal) the sum will be carry forward until the end of the rental
contract between the owner and ANR.
2. At the end of the contract, any balance of money will be divide equally between
the owner and ANR.
3. Contract renewal is annually.
4. The owner of the car can use the rental car when they are in Langkawi with prior
notice to ANR (and if the car is available).
