By signing this undertaking, I hereby confirm my participation to the Political Party Development Course
and agree to:


1. Actively participate in all the activities of the program and commit myself to finish the course;

2. Give my consent to the Ateneo School of Government (ASOG) to collect, record, organize, update,
or modify, retrieve, consult, use, consolidate, block, erase, or destruct your personal data,
including taking of photograph, video, and posting of the same. Moreover, I understand that the
processing of any sensitive information, if any, shall be limited to the purpose of the program and
confidentiality shall be maintained by the ASOG; and

3. Undertake to maintain in confidence all Confidential Information, to take all necessary measures
to prevent unauthorized access thereto, and to exercise the same level of security measures and
degree of care as may be necessary to keep the confidentiality thereof and I will not, without the
prior written consent of the ASOG, disclose the Confidential Information. Any breach of such
obligation of confidentiality shall be deemed to be a breach of this Agreement.
