“EST Non-disclosure Agreement”

Within the framework of the Egyptian Scholastic Test (EST, Sphinx

Publishing is currently working with Ministry of Education in Egypt towards
supporting the EST exams for the American curriculum students looking to apply
in Egyptian universities.

In this agreement, you undertake not to disclose or use, for any purpose
whatsoever, any information or documents communicated to you, or which come
to your knowledge during your performance of this contract.

You Also agree to abide by all the rules communicated to you through the
EST team and the Senior Proctors in regards to the administration of the EST
exams to the students.

By extension you must understand and obey these confidentiality rules and
practices and, regardless of your organizational affiliation, sign this confidentiality
agreement in which you agree that you will not
1) disclose or reveal the content of any material or data, secure or
embargoed to any third party;
2) make any disclosure whereby a student or his/her related data could be
identified;
3) permit anyone other than the individuals under the same confidentiality
agreement to access any materials shared with you including, but not limited to
instruments, items, responses, documents, images, data and reports.
