I am looking for a test order of 200 units. If they are received well by the market I will make
a larger order with embossed logo and custom packaging.

For this test order I just need each unit to be placed inside a generic box or sealed OP bag wit
h a 1 inch by 2 5/8 inch one color bar code sticker on the bag. No custom packaging is neede
d for this small test order.

Once we like a manufacturer, we place large orders. However we only need 200 units for this
first order. Please let me know your price. It needs to be competitive otherwise we won't use
you.

Unfortunately compared to several other quotes we have received, our board of directors mus
t reject your pricing. However I might be able to get you %filltext:name=targetprice% per un
it for 200 units.

Since there is no custom box or other customizations needed, you can just use existing stock.
This should bring down the per unit price substantially.

(OPTIONAL) Also, your shipping fee is too high. We usually pay $5/kg for UPS air from Ch
ina to new york.

I presented your price to our board of directors. Unfortunately they turned it down. Compared
to many other prices we have received, yours is too expensive for 200 units.

We need the price to be under $%filltext:name=dollar% /unit, otherwise we cannot use your
company.

I wish to remind you, that this is a small initial test order. If it sells well, we place large reord
er with custom box. We only need generic box (English) or sealed OP bag with a 1 inch by 2
5/8 inch one color bar code sticker on the bag. No custom packaging needed for this small or
der.
We are a repeat buyer and large volume buyer, once we are happy with a manufacturer. We a
re one of the top sellers on amazon with several product lines.

high. We are used to paying $5/kg to $6/kg for UPS air from china.

looking to source 40 new products this year for our company, and we might be interested in
adding additional product lines!

When we order new products, we start with small initial test quantity of 200 units and see ho
w it sells. We use generic box or sealed OP bag. If it sells well, we place larger reorders with
custom box.

We are looking for manufacturers who understand what we are looking for and can work wit
h us like this. We can provide large volume and reorders once we know a product will be suc
