IS Code or Indian Standard Code is existing in India to verify and authorize every
aspect of Civil Engineering aspects in the country. These codes are used on
different occasions based on the nature of the work and Engineering Projects. IS
Codes simplify the process of identification of any engineering project, be it a road
, steel plant, or underground construction. From professional engineers to a
