4.2 MANAGEMENT TEAM

SOON JUN HAU – THE DIRECTOR

Jun Hau has lead our company since its formation. Bringing with him over 5 years experiences
across the organization and managing people and processes, Jun Hau has guided Brilliant Mobile
Parts Enterprise through a web development. Jun Hau has been a very dedicated leader in the
Brilliant Mobile Parts Enterprise and always motivated all the employees. With a complete
bachelor degree in business administration, he is a well-trained leader that can guided Brilliant
Mobile Parts to stand as high as other development companies.

ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT

This department play a role to record account payable and receivable, inventory, payroll, fixed
assets and other financial elements. The position of accounting manager is entrusted to Mastura
binti Hairol Mustafa. She has been supervise, monitor, and evaluate all day-to-day accounting
activities. Mastura also maintains its financial status through the production and implementation
of financial information collection, analysis, verification and reporting systems.

MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Marketing department responsible to perform effectively in overall marketing strategies and


implementation of plans for the existing products. The marketing manager has been given
responsibility to Nisa Izwanie binti Ibrahim and assisted by Tan Hong Yun as the assistant
manager. They managed media and marketing staff. Besides, they also lead all the marketing
team to work with product development teams to manage new product development, managing
launching campaigns for new products, and managing distribution channels for products.

SALES DEPARTMENT
The sales department consists of a collection of business activities and procedures that allow a
sales organization to function effectively and efficiently. A sale department also the direct link
between a company’s product or service with its customers. Tiew Yee Zhen is the sales manager
and being assists by his assistant that is Lee Lay Feng. Tiew Yee Zhen leads the sales team by
providing them guidance, training, setting sales quotas and goals and also assigning sales
territories. While Lee Lay Feng will be highly important to make sure the teams meet their goals
of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

This department of the company are responsible to solve simple customer concerns which is
answering any simple issues that customers may have. The customer service manager that is
Farah Nur Ellysa binti Salim ensures that the customers of our company are satisfied with our
products. She provides superb customer service by leading and motivating her team, developing
loyalty programs and also creating customer satisfaction goals. Our assistant customer service
manager that is Siti Meisarah binti Abu Sidek supervise the workers while ensuring every task is
done perfectly and make sure that all aspects of customer service are well integrated. Sometimes,
the assistant customer service manager will help the representatives in selling our products.
