EXPLAINING THE PROCEDURE

In cleaning the room, we can explain the process in a in a good way by arranging as a
complete procedure. Thus we need some sequencer such as “First”, Second, next, and then,
after that, then and Finally to close it.

Look at the following example!

Cleaning the toilet.
There are some procedure in cleaning the TOILET:
1. First, I have to prepare some tools such as Mop, toilet brush, hand brush, hand gloves and
chemicals such as glass cleaner and multipurpose.
2. Second, I need to check the amenities such as shampoo, soap, towel, tooth paste, tooth
brush and other amenities. If it is run out then I change or refill it.
3. After that I start to clean the toilet by brush the out part using the hand brush.
4. And then I pour the chemical in the toilet bowl. I left it for 10 – 15 minutes.
5. Then, while waiting for the chemical works, I clean the washbasin by brushing it using the
hand brush.
6. Next I come back to clean the toilet by bruising it using toilet brush .
7. After that I rinse it.
8. The next step I clean the bath tub by pouring the chemical first then brush it using hand
brush and rinse it.
9. Finally, after all clean, leave the bathroom dry
