All students are expected to complete and return the Room Condition paperwork within 48 hours of collection.
Your Room Condition Form (RCF) is a document that indicates the condition of your room prior to your moving in.
It will be used as tool to assess the condition of the room when you are moving out. If there are damages in your
room and they are not indicated on the move-in RCF, you could be held financially responsible for the repairs
before you move-out. Failure to keep your room in the same condition as specified in your room condition form
may result in charges to you and your roommates as the case maybe.
