The future perfect refer to a finished action in the future. We use this tense to
project ourselves in the future in an event that will be completed sometime later
than now.
1- We use the future perfect to talk about events, one will start and continued
until another in some point in future time:
• When we arrive to Istanbul, we will have visited Turkey for the 5th time.
• She will have finished your project by this time next week.
• They will have arrived by 8:00.
• On January the 1st, I’ll have been in this job for 5 years.
2- We also use this tense when we talk about actions that will finish before an
unknown time in the future. We usually use the word “by”.
