APPLICATION FOR CREDIT ACCOUNT

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OPEN ACCOUNT

TERMS: NET 30 DAYS

Kongsber Maritime México reserves its right in its sole discretion to cancel/reduce credit and refuse to make future credit sales.
Customers agrees to review immediately upon receipt, each of KMMX’s statements and advice KMMX of any discrepancy or
dispute within 20 days of receipt of each such statement, together with a written statement for any discrepancy/dispute for any in
excess of $75.00 usd on any single statement. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of any claim for such discrepancy/dispute.

An additional 1.5% per month interest charge will be charged on all amounts not paid within 30 days after the due date, both
before and after judgement and continuing each month until paid. In the event of default, the undersigned agrees to pay all cost of
collections, including fees of any collection agency and attorney’s fees whether hourly or contingent, but not to be less than 100%
of amount due. If contingent, together with cost of court and further agrees that any legal actions brought hereunder may be
brought. No terms or conditions hereof may be changed except by written consent of KONGSBERG MARITIME MEXICO SA DE
CV and /or its representative locations. All sums due for rental, goods and or services purchased by, for or on behalf of the
undersigned are payable to KONGSBERG MATIRIME MEXICO S.A. DE C.V. AV LA MARIGALANTE 311-31 COL YLANG
YLANG, BOCA DEL RIO, VER. MÉXICO CP94298

This agreement shall be binding on the successors and assigns of the above listed business, and regardless of any incorporation,
reorganization, merger, consolidation of Debtor, change of partners. Change of name or any other change in the composition of
Debtor.

The undersigned warrants that /he/she has the authority to execute this Open Account Agreement for Debtor and to bind said
company to the terms contained herein and further certify that the information provided herein is true and correct. Customer
further certifies that this request is for the extension of credit for business purposes.

Debtor hereby accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions stated above including the payment terms.

I/We hereby understand, acknowledge and accept KMMX terms of sale and certify that the information given herein is true and
correct.

I/We hereby authorize you and your agent/representatives to secure a business and or consumer credit report and agree to the
release of credit information including the reporting to credit history to credit agencies. This authorization shall be continuing
without expiration and a photocopy or fax copy shall be given the same effect as the original.
