with all stakeholders in a community, so it is necessary to set some priorities. High Priority Stakeholders

Question # 05 - What is the purpose of formulating outreach strategy for each high-priority
stakeholder?
The purpose of formulating an outreach strategy for each high-priority stakeholder is that first you
are defining objectives for each priority stake holder that are attainable and for attaining that
outreach strategies are eminent for achieving those specific objectives. As the high priority
stakeholders are very much involved in the project and need information all the time on project
progress and outcome of each stage. And in this case the community leaders need public support in
elections and community residents’ needs solution to their problems and feel to be valued by being a
part of decision making process in this project. While doing all of these things, this will also help
keep the good vibes going and help get the project done in a timely manner.
