OF LAND OWNERSHIP AWARD (CCLOA) THAT WERE
SUBDIVIDED/PARCELIZED UNDER THE FOREIGN ASSISTED
PROJECTS (FAPS)

In line with the Project Support to Parcelization of Land for Individual Tilting, (SPLIT) it
appears that there are Collective Certificate of Land Ownership that were subdivided and
parcelized at your end, under the following donors

to wit:

 INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR AGRARIAN DEVELOPMENT (IFAD)

 JAPAN INTERNATIONAL COOP AGENCY (JICA)
 ITALIAN ASSITANCE TO THE ARC DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
(IARCDSP)

In view thereof, may we request you to please submit the support list in Excel format (see
attached template) in soft copy and hardcopy duly certified and signed by The National
Project Director and Project Managers, the said Excel format will help us to monitor and
avoid duplication in all parcelized accomplished CCLOA and on-going parcelization of
CCLOA projects under FAPSO.
