as M&E Specialist related to rural
development projects;
• Developed and managed at least two (2) M&E
system.
• Experienced in conduct of at least one (1)
impact Study.
• Attended at least 80 hours of training related
to topics on Monitoring and Evaluation.
 Monitoring and Evaluation Staff
• Must have Masteral units and a Degree holder
in the field of Economics, Statistics,
Community Development, Rural Development
and any related field.
• With at least one (1) year work experience as

• Involved in the development of M&E system

• At least three (3) years experience in environmental
and social impact / risk assessment and management,
preparation of documents and training in
environment and social safeguards implementation
with various government and donor-funded rural
development projects.
• With good writing and communication skills.
• Preferably have attended at least 50 hours of training
on environment and social safeguards- related
subjects.
 SR ENVIRONMENTAL & SOCIAL SAFEGUARDS
SPECIALIST
• Must be a graduate of master’s degree in social
sciences, development studies, enviroment or SPLIT
Project-related fields. Background in Law is an
advantage.
• With solid base in environmental and social risk and
impact management particularly in natural resources
(land and forest), involuntary resettlement and
relevant World Bank policies or Government of the
Philippines legislations on environmental protection,
agrarian reform and land management.
• At least five (5) years’ experience in environmental
and social risk and impact management, preparation
of documents and training in environment and social
safeguards implementation with various government
and donor-funded rural development projects.
• With good communication skills.
• Preferably have conducted training on environmental
and social safeguards- related subjects.
• Background in arbitration, mediation and collected
bargaining and its related field shall be an advantage.
