The work is to be completed within Closure Period under the supervision of the Sub Divisional Officer Hafizabad Link Sub Division
Hafizabad under the contractual obligations and conditions to the following requirement:
1. All the codal formalities shall be strictly observed before and during execution of work.
2. The work is to be completed within specified time period however if you fail to execute/complete the work within scheduled time period
then compensation of delay will be recovered as per contract agreement.
3. The department is at full liberty to revise quantities (increase or decrease) depending upon the site conditions and you will have no claim
in any court of law against such revision.
4. The department shall not accept any responsibility for the loss suffered by you due to interruption of work on any account except as
provided in the agreement.
5. Any item of work not mentioned in bid schedule if got executed from contractor at site shall be paid as per rates approved by the
competent authority and the market rate prevailing at the time of technically sanctioned estimate shall form the basis for such approval.
6. All quality control and quantity assurance tests of works and materials will be carried out through the department at the cost of contractor
as and when required.
7. You would have to execute the work strictly according to the design, drawing and specifications under the supervision of the Sub
Divisional Officer Hafizabad Link Sub Division.
8. The payment will be made subject to the availability of funds as well as clearance of executed work by the 3 rd Party Monitoring
Consultants or any other committee constituted by the Government.
You are requested to attend the office of SDO Hafizabad Link Sub Division, Hafizabad for getting necessary instructions and guidance
to start the work. Moreover, you are also requested to attend the office of undersigned within 03 days from the date of issuance of this
acceptance letter along with following documents for making part of your contract agreement. In case of failure, your contract will stand
automatically cancelled/withdrawn and earnest money will be forfeited.
I. A detailed working schedule alongwith organizational chart.
II. Attested copy of Partnership Deed/Power of Attorney/CNIC
III. Copy of valid License from Pakistan Engineering Council.
IV. Copy of Enlistment / Renewal Letter alongwith Government Receipt for the year 2021-22.
V. Income Tax certificate from Income Tax Department / NTN
