    ANNEX K – Example ArriveCAN receipt: mobile app and website

    Mobile App receipt example (updated receipt):

    “I” signifies that the Proof of


    Vaccination Credential (PVC)
    was uploaded successfully.

    “V” signifies that PVC information has been


    entered, and the criteria has been met,
    however an issue has occurred with respect
    to the image upload.

    The traveller has reported symptoms (S) or has an


    unsuitable quarantine plan (Q).

    Note: Air operators should remind travellers to always have their paper proof of vaccination available for
    verification at the border
