Close 77 percent of the responded users says it took less
than 2 minutes to download the application
Statistics says close to 72 % of respondent says it either
faster than their existing application or almost took the
same amount of time
Close to 42 % said they required someone to show the
app.
Action steps taken: -
We have build detailed user manual and training manual
in order to simplify for the end user on how to use the
cVigil application
19.4 % of respondent says that location capture was not
accurate and 36% said that location capture was
somewhat accurate.
Action steps taken
We are implementing geo fencing to improve the accuracy
of the application
