Scope of Work: Courier Service Software Development

Objective: The objective of this project is to develop a software application that allows users
to schedule and track the delivery of packages by a courier service.

Scope: The scope of this project includes the development of the following features:
1. User registration and login: Users will be able to create an account and log in to

2. Package tracking: Users will be able to track the delivery status of their packages in
real-time using the application.

3. Scheduling: Users will be able to schedule the pickup and delivery of packages
through the application.

4. Delivery confirmation: Users will be able to confirm the delivery of their packages

5. Payment integration: The application will be integrated with a payment gateway for

6. Admin panel: The application will have an admin panel for the courier service to
manage and track the delivery of packages.

Acceptance Criteria: The project will be considered complete and ready for acceptance

2. The application is free of any major bugs or defects.
3. The user documentation and training materials have been provided.
4. The application meets the usability and performance standards agreed upon by the
client and the development team.
