extensively used by all customer care and retail stores agents. Around 25K agents use this tool to serve the
Telstra customers with their requests, services queries and different plan, product and billing

Description: Migrating the legacy application ILITE built and deployed on Solaris box to Gaia PAAS. This
program have 48 applications to be migrated to Gaia with minimum changes. Migrated and refactored the
application JAFFA-PRICE-LOADER to Gaia and deployed to PROD. Also migrated the Control-M jobs which
schedule the JAFFA-PRCE-LOADER to run at specific time to new Informatica server. The loader uplods the
price from Bloomberg to the ILITE Database and from there the downstream applications uses this pricing
details of instruments(shares).

overcome some of the inherent drawbacks in the existing process and system and have a better oversignt

consists of thousands of formula having complex logic and using Excel Goal Seek property. The digitalized
