Grilled Balsamic Herb Pork Tenderloin 

(Gluten Free)

*This recipe only yields 1 protein for each serving. You can choose to
double the protein amount or add an additional protein serving to
create a 2 protein per serving meal!*

 Makes 5 Servings

Serving size: 2 pieces

Each serving contains: 1 protein, 0 carbs, 0 veg, 1 fat

Ingredients

1lb Pork Tenderloin


½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
¼ Cup Olive Oil
6 Large Rosemary Sprigs
6 Large Thyme Sprigs
½ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

1 Cut Pork Tenderloin into 10 equal round pieces and place in a


resealable plastic bag along with Rosemary and Thyme Sprigs.

2 In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and then pour on top of


Tenderloin and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-12 hours.

3 Preheat grill to medium heat. Place the Tenderloins on the grill,


reserving the marinade.

4 Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side. Brush Tenderloins with
marinade to keep it moist. Discard the remaining marinade when
Pork is finished.
