1. I was able to perform warm up exercise through... I did various warm-up and
strengthening exercises by standing up, stretching our knees, stretching our
thighs, and other areas of our body to prevent injury.
2. Warming up helps prepare your body for aerobic activity. A warmup gradually revs
up your cardiovascular system by raising your body temperature and increasing
blood flow to your muscles. Warming up may also help reduce muscle soreness and
lessen your risk of injury.
