Biking became our
daily routine; me
and my family are well

Every week we bike on Calapan Memorial
Garden to break a sweat as
if it helps us to reduce
the risk of heart attack,
it strengthen our immune
system, boost meatbolism
and to build a muscle.

Playing and having fun
with family is a huge
flex. In playing soccer
it conducts running,
walking and sprinting
through the ball which
its objective is to
shoot it internally to
the goal. With teaming
up with family it
signifies the
construction of a strong
relationship and to
develop character and
teamwork skills as a This involves the

volleyball improves
hand-eye coordination,
reflexes, and balance;
but with family the
main task is to have
fun together and enjoy

thighs, abdominals,

Doing this physical activity with family strengthens family bonding and


improves the overall mood of the parents and
children. Any activities that involves the enhacement of physical fitness, overall
health and wellness are all considered exercises, it reflects us to have a energy
for every work we do; therefore doing this daily may increase the aptitude and
strength we have.

This sport is one of outdoor games that’s mostly played with family. It
can be played one on one or duo, which can be played as a fun time pass with
your family or friends when its a get . together. It
improves communication . . and. relationship
building, make family . members closer, spend more time
. together and get better health.

longer life, like in our body, it helps us possess a

family interactions wherareas in other aspects it
supports us to boost self-esteem and think critically.
Sports bring happiness and joy for everyone and give
them more lives. With family, it brings us more
excitement knowing they support us on what we enjoy
thus influencing others specially your family may be a
good term to do so. Performing activities contributes
to the health of an individual and it depends on how
he/she handle it, it might be his/her profession that
could lead someone to pursue they are motivated to do.
