I believe that the importance of physical activities in my own personal life and with
my family is that we need to be physically active to improve our ability to do the
everyday activities. This will help us human to avoid diseases like cardiovascular
disease and other illnesses during this pandemic, so it’s better to help regulate our
body to become more efficient. It is very important to do the physical activities to
have a strong healthy body and mind. When you are doing exercise you will be more
positive, avoid stress and anxiety you will feel happy as always. You can do exercise
with your family and make it as your bonding. Everyone will enjoy it and will support
each other to do physical activities. The family becomes happier when everyone
supports what is being done, especially if it is good for the body
