Title : Benefits of Exercise for Health

Exercise is important for our health. The meaning of the word exercise is to do
activities to keep us good health. By exercising, we can improve our health mentally
and physically. This is important because it affects our social life in this society.
Therefore, exercise is important in our daily life.
Exercise can help to reduce risk for several diseases and health conditions. In
these modern days, we see many people around us suffering bitterly from several
diseases and health conditions. For example, mental illness, heart diseases and
diabetes. In this case, we need to exercise regularly because if we do not do so, we
will fall sick easily and get into serious health conditions. There are many physical
exercises that we can do. The most common ones are jogging, dancing or martial
arts.
Exercise also can help to reduce stress. In these modern days, people are
usually busy with work and activities. Many people face busy lifestyles especially
adults and young children. Adults are usually busy with work at workplace while
children are fully occupied with activities and homework. As a result, one’s body
muscles may be tense and tight. Therefore, we need to exercise to relieve tension. It
is an effective way to help relax muscles and reduce stress.
Besides, exercise can also improve one’s mental abilities. By exercising,
human can improve in many areas. For example, sharpen one’s memory, improve
one’s thinking skills and abilities, increase creativity and help much in decisions
making. It is because whenever we exercise, it refreshes our minds.
Not only that, exercise also enhances one’s mental and social well-being.
Exercising regularly can become a good habit where people can avoid falling into
heavy addictions. For example, consuming drugs and scrolling smartphone are
unhealthy activities. Therefore, by going for physical exercise, people can avoid bad
habits but rather getting to know and mingle with friends and family members.
From all these benefits, we could see that exercise is important in our daily
life. Exercise is important in our daily life because exercise can make us healthy in
many areas. Therefore, we are encourage to exercise at least a few times a week.
