1. Why is Badminton considered as a fun game as well as a very competitive sport?

There could be a lot of benefits we could get from playing sports. But as a person
who loves to play games with friends, I consider badminton as a fun game and a
very competitive sport. It becomes a competitive sport because of the intensity
level of the players on the game who perform competitive and powerful
movements against the opponent. Since badminton also help us release stress
and make us have a good time playing, it does not limit the old and young
because anyone can play the game. This where we can bring them to learn new
skills and its health and fitness importance. This makes us spend superb time not
only with our family and relatives around.

2. What is the Role of Badminton in your total fitness?

Badminton can be a great full-body workout. Given all the jumps, smashes,
movements, and crunches we do can help us build our muscles making them
stronger, more lean and fit. Also, it tones our legs, glutes as well as our core,
arms, and back. To ensure that our body still functions properly, simply playing a
badminton can help us burn calories in an hour and reduce risks of health
diseases. Lastly, it can help us improve our mobility. As we age, our mobility
begins to become inadequate. Playing this sport can help us keep up with our
fitness regime and remain physically active. The varied movements engaging our
entire body provide a powerful cardio workout that contribute great role and
amount in our total fitness.

3. What makes Badminton unique and distinct from other sports?

There are actually a lot of reasons why Badminton is unique and distinct from
other sports. It does not only help us on our physical fitness but as well as
improve our mental well-being. Taking part or engaging in any form of physical
activity helps us release our natural happy hormones, the endorphins. This can
help reduce stress, anxiety and even depression. It can also improve our over all
mood. As we can see that as we talk and rally with other players can improve our
social spirit. Moreover, we sometimes forget having exercises or physical
activities due to increased number of life and work responsibilities. Since
Badminton is a fun and flexible sport, we can enjoy playing this around our busy
schedules. Since this can be played indoor or outdoor, we can have it in the
evenings or weekends. Also, this is time where we can use this as an opportunity
to catch up and socialize with our friends and family amidst busy schedules.
