1. Would you take badminton as your sports? Why? Do you think you are
physically fit for it? Why?
Yes, I take Badminton as a sport because this involves physical exertion
and skill in which an individual or a team competes against another. It is
great for fitness, and is excellent for people of all ages. In order to be
called physically fit is when your body is able to do what you ask it to do
and I think I can be able to call myself as physically fit because I’ve been
playing badminton since I was a child in my leisure time.

2. Why it is important that you should know the concept and basic info of
badminton before engaging in it.

Badminton is an easy sport to pick up and it is widely played by the


young and the old without much strain and hassle. It is often played in
various family gatherings and team outings. But if you are looking to
take up the sport seriously and participate in tournaments, then you
should be aware of certain basic rules in Badminton and practice
accordingly.

3. What do you gain from engaging in badminton game?


Badminton has many good advantages may it be in our health or our
interaction with the people who we played with. It engages everybody
and also helps in staying fit by burning a lot of those unwanted calories.
It also helps to improve our agility and strength.
