1. What are the health and fitness benefits of combative sports training?
- Combative sports training can give you many benefits that are really important to have as a
person. First thing is, it builds self-confidence in a way that, when they achieve the goals
they have set for themselves and when they receive recognition, it increases the self-esteem
and the way they view themselves are far better than before. Second is, it promotes physical
activity, where in this time, it is hard for many of people to let go their gadgets and do
physical activities that can strengthen their bodies and minds. Third is, learn self defense, if
ever you are placed in a potential dangerous situation, you know what you should execute
and many more.

2. Are combative sports a good work out?


- Yes, because training combative sports will require you power, strength, and good aerobic
and anaerobic stamina that you can strengthen and build every now and then. Moreover, it
is a good thing in order for a person to be physically fit and even emotionally, spiritually,
mentally and socially fit. By this, it is easier to manage your body and even the stress that
life was given to us and can maintain the balance of life.

3. Why are combative sports perfect for fitness?


- Combative sports are perfect for fitness because it will require your strength, power, and
good aerobic and anaerobic stamina that will you build strong muscles, bones and tendons
to take a hit and deliver the requires force at a target. And can help you to let go or lessen
your stress and can give you peace of mind. Actually, all of the dimensions of wellness can
achieve by doing combative sports.
