1. Why should you strive to attain physical fitness?

 Physical fitness is something we should all strive for fitness it is important not
only for medical reasons, but also for mental health reasons and for overall
quality of life. Being physical fit not only brings the benefit of fewer health
problems in the future , but the exercise done to maintain physical fitness is
stress relieving and helps you sleep better at night. It can develop self-
confidence with physical fit body. You can do your work in for better way. Being
physically and mentally fit you can serve society in better way as a member of
the society.

2. Based on your PFT result, what are your strengths and weaknesses? Incorporate the
physical fitness components

 .Based on my PFT result I determine my strengths and weaknesses some of that


activities are hard to perform like the curl ups, flexed Arm hang, shuttle Run, 50
meter sprint this is the activities that I am weak. the easiest activities that I
perform are the three-Minute step test, Standing long jump, Sit and Reach and
that’s my strength.
