1. What is importance of fitness to everyday living


- I think one of the important aspects of fitness in our daily life is that it can help our health to
improve our daily activities, it can manage our weight, and it also prevents us from sickness.

2. What are the purposes of the Physical Education in our country?


- Physical Education is hard but fun at the same time, as I said earlier it can help us to stay
healthy, be more knowledgeable about healthy living and to make sure that we are leading a
physically active lifestyle.

3. Discuss the purposes of PE in one’s everyday activities?


- Educating yourself in executing exercises and doing physical activities is essential as it helps
you prevent injuries. It is one of the main purposes of Physical Education as health is also
important. Physical Education helps broaden the knowledge of people and helps in developing
motor skills and reflexes.

4. How will you motivate your family to do physical exercise?


- I think I need to do it first so they would follow what I'm doing. I need to prove or teach them
the importance of Physical Education.

5. How would you encourage yourself and your neighbors to get involve in exercise?

- I will encourage myself or my neighborhood by joining some events, or any other events that
will teach us how to live healthy and fun at the same time.
