Reflection

1.In terms of Physiological aspects, the benefits of sports in physiological is its helpful to build
and strengthen our body due to an intensive training that we take to enhance our ability in a
particular sports.

In terms of mental aspects, it is helpful to strengthen our mental abilities or our critical thinking
skill will be enhance while we play because we creating a plan and tactics while we are playing.
It is also help to improve our mood.

In terms of emotional aspects, it help us to build our emotional aspects by having an


sportsmanship, you acquired a good attitude by playing sports. It helps to improve our
emotional skills by improving our moods. Sports help us to relieve our stress.

In terms of Social aspects, it helps to improve our communication skills and our leadership
skills. In sports, to have a good coordination and play with your team mates, you must have
connection in your team mates. You must understand them and communicate with them.

2. The sports is the best passion for life, physical activity, and recreation for us because it help to
improve our health. It helps to build our body so that we can do a lot of works. By engaging in
any sports activity, our attributes continue to improve. It helps to make our life longer.

3. Ye s, sport can help people to have active lifestyle. By participating in sports, its strengthen
our body, improves our physical attributes . It has a lot of benefits in our body. Participating in
sports can gives us active life because it improves our physical attributes, and improve our
health that make us feel comfortable so that we can make every task that we have to do lively.

4. I will encourage young people to do sports by giving awareness on importance of sports in


our life. I will give them awareness that sports is really helpful in our daily lives. How? First,
sports improves our mental, social, physiological, and emotional aspects. Second, the sports
relieve stress and depression. And lastly, the sports makes our life longer and give us an active
life.

The game of chess is played between two opponents who move their pieces alternately on a square
board called a chessboard. The player with the white pieces commences the game. A player is said to
"have the move", when his opponent's move has been made. The objective in the game chess is to
checkmate the opponents king.
