“The Ysleta Independent School District (YISD) looks forward to welcoming students back
to school on Wednesday, Jan. 5 at the normal scheduled start time. Our district continues
to follow a multi-layered approach regarding COVID-19 safety (see below). The safety
and health of our students and staff members is our No. 1 priority.”
• Partnered with Immunize El Paso and • YISD facilities exceed all American Society of
established vaccination clinics at our campuses Heating, Refrigerating, and Air Conditioning
to promote and administer vaccinations to our (ASHRAE) standards as well as all Indoor Air
