1800T 卧式单动铝型材挤压机能够生产的铝及铝合金典型挤压制品如下：

一、用途：挤压铝及铝合金型材。

二、产品材料

四、挤压机本体结构型式与特点
Structure type and characteristic of Extrusion Press ontology

挤压机采用固定挤压垫，本机由主工作缸、侧缸、活动梁装置、挤压筒装置、挤压筒锁
紧缸、移动模架装置、主剪装置、快换模等压模装置、下导向架装置等部件构成。
The Extrusion press adopts fixed extrusion pad. The machine is composed of main
working cylinder, side cylinder, movable beam device, extrusion cylinder device,
extrusion cylinder locking cylinder, movable die holder device, main shear device,
quick change die equal pressure die device, lower guide frame device, etc.
挤压机设计采用计算机三维有限元分析软件，对挤压机的关键零部件，如张力柱结构组
合框架、主缸、组合挤压筒等进行结构优化设计和分析。
The design of extrusion press adopts computer three-dimensional finite element
analysis software to optimize and analyze the key components of extruder, such as
tension column structure combined frame, main cylinder, combined extrusion cylinder,
etc.
五、主工作缸/侧缸
Main working cylinder / side cylinder
1、主工作缸为柱塞缸，通过四个压块固定于后梁中心。柱塞直径为Φ980mm，在 22Mpa
介质压力作用下，可产生 1691T 的挤压力。缸体为 35#锻钢材质，探伤合格后加工而成。主
柱塞材料为冷硬合金铸铁，硬度 HRC45～49。
The main working cylinder is a plunger cylinder, which is fixed in the center of the
rear beam by four pressing blocks. The diameter of plunger is 980mm. Under 22 Mpa
medium pressure, 1694T extrusion force can be produced. The cylinder block is made
of 35 # forged steel and processed after qualified flaw detection. The main plunger
material is chilled hard alloy cast iron with hardness HRC 45-49.
2、两个侧缸采用活塞缸，侧缸直径为Φ210/Φ150mm，产生 155T 的挤压力和 76T 的回程力。
组合式活塞头的双向密封和活塞杆密封均采用 Merkel 公司的 V 型圈组合密封，并均由铜套导
向。
The piston cylinder is used for the two side cylinders. The diameter of the side
cylinder is 210/150 mm, which produces 1=155T extrusion force and 76T return force.
The two-way seal of the combined piston head and the piston rod seal both adopt
Merkel's V-ring combination seal and are all guided by copper sleeve.
六、挤压筒锁紧缸
Extrusion container locking cylinder
四个活塞式锁紧缸固定在后梁主缸的上下两侧。锁紧缸直径为Φ180/Φ120mm，产生 142T
的锁紧力和 80T 的回程力，可以实现挤压筒快速闭合和打开，缸体和活塞杆采用 45 锻钢调质
处理，组合式活塞头的双向密封和活塞杆密封均采用 Merkel 公司的 V 型圈组合密封，并均由
铜套导向。
Four piston locking cylinders are fixed on the upper and lower sides of the main
cylinder of the rear beam. The diameter of the locking cylinder is 180/120 mm, which
produces 142T locking force and 80T return force. The extrusion cylinder can be closed
and opened quickly. The cylinder block and piston rod are tempered with 45 forged
steel. The two-way seal of the combined piston head and the piston rod seal are all
sealed by V-ring combination of Merkel Company, and are all guided by copper sleeve.
七、活动梁装置 Crosshead device

活动梁装置是由活动梁（材料 ZG270-500）、挤压垫板和挤压杆快速更换夹紧装置组成的
传力构件，通过螺钉和圆螺母等紧固件，使其与侧缸活塞杆和主柱塞形成为一个整体。活动
梁通过设置于立柱上的水平和垂直导向面导向，在水平导向和垂直导向结构中内置有专用螺
栓进行导向间隙调整。垂直导向采用内部导向，外部调节结构。
The crosshead device is a force transfer component consisting of crosshead (material
ZG270-500), extrusion cushion plate and extrusion rod, which is quickly replaced
by clamping device. It is integrated with side cylinder piston rod and main plunger
through fasteners such as bolts and round nuts. The movable beam is guided by the
horizontal and vertical guide planes arranged on the columns, and special bolts are
built into the horizontal and vertical guide structures to adjust the guide clearance.
Vertical orientation adopts internal orientation and external adjustment structure.
八、快速换模装置 quickly die changing device
快换模装置则设置在前梁左侧，由另一个活塞缸驱动做纵向移动。换模时，一套处于挤压
中心模座内即将被更换的模具由模架移动缸驱动，另一套处于换模位模座内的预热好的模具
由快换模缸驱动，两个油缸按照规定的程序交叉换位，即可实现模具的快速更换。换模台板
有三个工位，在回程后位时，操作或维护人员可以随意靠近模具。
The quick die changing device is set on the left side of the front beam,
and is driven by another piston cylinder to move longitudinally. When
changing the die, one set of die which will be replaced in the die base
of the extrusion center is driven by the moving cylinder of the die base,
the other set of preheated die which is in the die base of the change
position is driven by the quick change cylinder, and the two cylinders
are transposed cross according to the prescribed procedure, so that the
rapid change of the die can be realized. There are three positions on
the die changing table board. When the back position is returned, the
operator or maintainer can approach the die at will.
九、主剪装置 Main shear device
主剪装置为正装活塞缸驱动，主剪缸直径为Φ220/Φ160mm，产生 53T 的剪切力。采用矩

形剪刀杆,用铜板固定导向滑块，由螺钉和键垂直安装固定在前梁中心正上方，用于制品和压
余的分离。在主剪设有打压余，避免压余与剪刀片粘接。在主剪回到上位后，设有液动插销
剪刀悬挂装置。在模具上方还设有模具垂直压紧油缸。
The main shear device is driven by a piston cylinder. The diameter of the main
shear cylinder is 220/160mm, which generates 53T shear force. A rectangular scissor
rod is used to fix the guide slider with copper plate, and the screw and key are
installed vertically above the center of the front beam for separating the product
and the surplus. The main shears are equipped with pressing margin to avoid bonding
between the pressing margin and the scissors. After the main shears return to the
upper position, there is a hydraulic pin scissors suspension device. The upper part
of the die is also provided with a vertical pressure cylinder of the die.
主剪缸和压模缸的组合式活塞头的双向密封和活塞杆密封均采用 Merkel 公司的 V 型圈组
合密封，并均由铜套导向。
The two-way seal of the combined piston head of the main shear cylinder and the
die cylinder and the piston rod seal all adopt the V-ring combination seal of Merkel
