1.1 BACKGROUND AND ORGANIZATION:

Azma Technology & Ideas Limited is incorporated in the Register of Joint Stock & Companies in
Bangladesh having Trade License of Dhaka South City Corporation of 26 th January’2017 and started
propagation being backed by some highly qualified professional specialists. The company is based
in Dhaka for providing the best facilities towards the clients throughout the world. The objective of
the company is to perform almost all types of management consultancy services of different
business establishments. The company is committed to keep the development of their clients
sustainable by providing consultancy services and research.

Azma Technology & Ideas Limited offers a full range of consultancy services from the conceptual
stage to completion of the project including reconnaissance, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies,
detailed design, program planning & implementation, operational analysis & planning,
environmental impact assessment, pollution control measure, environmental management plan,
effluent treatment plant design and implementation etc. The company shall also update policies
and procedure manuals, reorganize/streamline operations and evaluate organizational structure.

3.7 COMMISSIONING OF EFFLUENT TREATMNT PLANT (ETP):

Azma Technology & Ideas Limited provides commissioning of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) for
different Types of Industries. The activities involve the design, construction, supervision,
commissioning, monitoring and training of staffs regarding the operation & maintenance of ETP.
Treatability studies for establishing treatment of waste. ETP are design after treatability study for
confirmation of the performance of the ETP through pilot plant based on client requirement.

3.8 INFASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES:

Azma technology have played significant role in infrastructure development sector of the country
since 26th day of January 2017. We deal with the design, construction, and maintenance of the
physical and naturally built environment, including public works such as roads, bridges, canals,
dams, airports, sewerage systems, pipelines, structural components of buildings, and railways. We
perform dredging to remove sediments and debris from the bottom of lakes, rivers, harbors, and
other water bodies and also carry out underground and/or surface civil projects, including
excavation and backfilling.

The construction, alteration, conversion, fitting out, commissioning, renovation, repair, upkeep,
redecoration or other maintenance (including cleaning which involves the use of water or an
abrasive at high pressure, or the use of corrosive or toxic substances), de-commissioning,
demolition or dismantling of a structure. The removal of a structure, or of any product or waste
resulting from demolition or dismantling of a structure, or from disassembly of prefabricated
elements which immediately before such disassembly formed such a structure. The assembly on
site of prefabricated elements to form a structure or the disassembly on site of the prefabricated
elements which, immediately before such disassembly, formed a structure.

The preparation for an intended structure, including site clearance, exploration, investigation and
excavation and the clearance or preparation of the site or structure for use or occupation at its
conclusion.

3.9 TRADING AND DISTRIBUTION ACTIVITIES:

At Azma technology we perform Buying, Selling and Distribution of specific kinds of products for
public and private sector. The responsibilities of the trading company may include, among others:
identifying manufacturers and suppliers of products within the specified territory; negotiating
prices, terms of delivery and payment; and managing the international transport of documents and
carry out all the necessary which comply with export and import procedures. We have exclusive
relationship with importers of various kinds of goods all over the world.

We also act as a Sales agent for those exporters that are domestic. The trading company
establishes the marketing presence in foreign markets soliciting orders from foreign customers in
the name of the manufacturer. We help the exporter with all details, formatting, paperwork
distribution of the export transaction.

The consultant will maintain a project office at the address of the firm will be used for all project activities,
maintaining liaison & secretarial conferences etc. The field activities of the professionals will be done through
