Discovery: We usually start by interviewing key stakeholders
and, when possible, your customers to understand their needs
and pain points. We will also research competitor products.
Concept: Based on the discovery results, we synthesize a
design direction. We explore different concepts to establish
such core elements as user flow, key screen layouts, and
visual design direction.
Wireframing & Protoyping: the concept has been approved,
we design the UI and UX. The main activities include
wireframing (low-fidelity mockups), mockups (high-fidelity

Institut Royal de la Culture Amazighe (IRCAM)
Awal inu amzwaru is an educational application designed
specifically to children aged 2 to 12 years. It aims to motivate and
support the learning of the Amazigh language in children. While
having fun, it allows the child to learn through writing and drawing
games, the Tifinagh alphabet and colors. It enables children
through interactive games, to discover and acquire a basic
vocabulary of shapes, fruits, vegetables, animals, and human body
parts.
