Abstract

Continued reliance on current fuels and end‐use technologies poses

serious environmental and energy supply security challenges. Globally, direct
combustion of fuels for transportation and heating accounts for over half of
greenhouse gas emissions, a significant fraction of air pollutant emissions and
about two thirds of primary fossil energy use. A variety of alternative
transportation fuels and efficient, low‐polluting vehicle technologies have been
proposed to help address these challenges. Vehicle technologies include
advanced internal combustion engine vehicles, internal combustion engine/hybrid
electric vehicles, battery powered electric vehicles and fuel cell vehicles. Use of
lower‐polluting fuels, such as reformulated gasoline or diesel, compressed natural
gas, methanol, ethanol, dimethyl ether, Fischer–Tropsch liquids and hydrogen,
has been suggested. Fuel cell vehicles are particularly attractive as they have zero
or near‐zero tailpipe emissions, offer the potential for near‐zero full fuel cycle
emissions and use of diverse primary energy sources. In this chapter, we review
the status of alternative fuels for vehicles, with an emphasis on fuel cell

vehicles and their fuels. The potential role of fuel cell vehicles in meeting future
environmental and energy supply goals is discussed, and fuel strategies for
implementing fuel cell vehicles on a wide scale are examined.

Business model Canvas

Thus business model canvas can be used to visualize such customer expectations and market problems. This
exercise will increase the market strategy and implementation of technology. This will make them more effective
in market.

This exercise brings discussion on viability and cost effectiveness into picture with their impact this exercise
will enable us to have knowledge on the steps required to ensure that a solution they develop via project should
have a user who can afford it with desired needs. This exercise helps us to understand the true value of the
proposed solution.

Business model canvas is used to validate the market significance of products and services which will be of
technology nature in this case. Technology projects are often solutions or processes that solve technical problem.
However the market implementation of such solutions also require that the problem solution is designed to
overcome not just the technical barriers but also market and business related barriers of costs, customer reach and
collaboration and those that pertain to the practical nature of limited intial capacities within the team.

Contents
2.1 Key partners
In this we can do partnership with different companies according to our product. By
Doing this we can get the idea about what is market scenario, optimization in product
And cost can be achieved, from where we can get the raw material of our product.

 Automotive Industry :-
An automobile Industry is key to implement our new alternative fuels and their new
designs for engines and machinery.
 Techanical designer :-
Technical designers is key partners for developing the new design and modifies it
according to recruitment.
 Manufacturers: -
They fulfills our supply and demand of consumers, they can easily produce good amount
fuel after producing that.

Figure III key partners

2.2 Key activity

In this we can made aware about how will they represent their product to customer. They can use the following for
marketing of the product.
 To finding new source of alternative fuel :-
Right now in this world we are facing big problem as new energy source so that reason we are
researching on alternative fuels.
 For power generation :-
We are making new sources of fuels from waste plastics and garbage so we can easily make power
generation from this.
 Machine drive :-
We have lots of machinery in this modern era so we need more fuel but we have limited sources of fuel so
now from alternative fuels of plastics and other fuels we can drive machines.

Figure IV Key activities

2.3 value proposition

 Reduce plastic waste :-
We trying to reduce plastic waste from
our outside area to save environment
issues and trying to use for plastic fuel.
 Alternative fuels :-
We trying to make new sources of fuel
for machines and mostly for automobile
industries to use for vehicle as new fuel.
 For saving natural energy source :-
Now we have very limited sources of
fuel in nature so we trying to save those energy fuels.
 Renewable fuel :-
We are making renewable fuels for the continue the process and supply all need of fuels as per consumers
demand.
 Designe for machine :-
We need new designs for machines to use alternative fuels now working on how to make alternative fuels
in very cheap way through plastic waste.
Figure V value proposition
2.4 key Resources
In this section we can get idea about, from which kind of Industry that they will purchase our fuels and
how we get our raw material for fuels.
 Waste plastic :-
We need waste plastic as per need of plastic to use in process by making new plastic fuels. We trying
use waste plastic cause of reduce plastic waste.
 Fuel mixture :-
We trying to make fuel mixture and
then use it for the new energy source
and use it in same machine or in
automobile vehicle.
 Garbages :-
We can wet garbage for
making of biofuels from garbages
and other raw material as
Resources.

2.5 Customer Relationships

In this section we get to know about how they will manage the relationship with customer by
giving them lucrative services.

 They have multi fuel options :-

For customer there are so many options are created by this of alternative fuels and they
can easily get anywhere.
 Smooth driving :-
After using of hydrogen fuel we get pure energy from this then we can easily drive any
vehicles with low knocking and vibration.
 Less harmful for customers :-
It has low pollution then other fuels in
burning as we using the hydrogen
fuel we get pure noise free power,
low pollution and less harmful for
humans.

their product.

 Specific (disable or aged ) person

 Automotive field entrepreneur
 Juvenile Rider
 Elite customers
 Researchers

Above all named customers are interested to use this type of vehicle which provide self stability, safety and thrill to
researcher.
