MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW TO ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement made and executed by and

between:

DIOCESE OF TANDAG ROMAL CATHOLIC CHURCH, represented by the

Parish Priest of __________, Lianga, Surigao del Sur, Rev. Fr.
_______________, herein called the FIRST PARTY ; and

____________________, Filipinos, of legal ages and residents

of Lianga, Surigao del Sur, hereinafter referred to as the SECOND
PARTY ;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY acknowledges the ownership of the

FIRST PARTY over a parcel of land, situated at Tigis, Lianga,
Surigao del Sur, near Lianga National Comprehensive High School,
containing an area of _____________ sq. meters;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY have built their respective houses

over the said land but have expresses willingness to vacate the
property once the same shall be used by the FIRST PARTY ;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties have hereby agrees to the

following terms, stipulations and conditions, as follows:

1. That the FIRST PARTY shall allow the SECOND PARTY to

stay on the said property, for a period of one (1) year
upon execution of this agreement ;

2. That only the caretaker, Lucilo L. Napone, shall be

allowed to stay after that period ;

3. That after the period of one (1) year, the SECOND PARTY
shall vacate the property without a need of demand and
turn over the said property peacefully to the FIRST
PARTY ;

4. That the parties shall observe good faith and fidelity

in the performance of their respective duties and
obligation.
 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto affixed their
hands this _______________, in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur,
Philippines.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, this ____________ at San Francisco, Agusan del

Sur, personally appeared the above-named persons represented to
me to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument,
and they acknowledged to me that the same are their free acts and
deeds.

The parties and their witnesses at the left margin of each

and every page have signed this instrument consisting of 3 pages
including this page hereof.
