LETTER-REQUEST FOR VIDEOCONFERENCE

Dear Sir Calvelo:

The undersigned is the counsel-de-oficio of PDL Jessie Barias who is currently detained
in your facility.

The pre-trial of his case is set on November 26, 2021 8:30 AM. In connection to this,
may I request for a videoconference with him on November 22, 2021 at 10:30 AM via
Zoom in order to discuss with him his case as well as inform him of the proposal for plea
bargaining of the complainant. This is also to be able to talk to him regarding his
witnesses and documentary evidence, if any.
