RE: Request for OBC Clearance and Certificates

Dear Madam:

I am writing to inform your office that I have applied for an OBC Clearance and
other certificates on January 15, 2022. I sent my letter-application as well as proof
of payment online. However, I have recently discovered that the email address in
the Supreme Court website that I sent the letter-application to which is
efile_bar@sc.judiciary.gov.ph is no longer the correct address and the correct one is
efile_bar.sc@judiciary.gov.ph.

I have emailed the correct address today hoping that they would accommodate my
request as soon as possible. In the meantime, I am writing again to reiterate my
request for the foregoing Certificates:

Bar Membership 2 copies at 140 each 280.00
