Mechanics:

1. Kindly write your digest for each case in a legal-size bond paper or yellow pad paper.
Limit the length of your digest to one bond paper or yellow paper per case;

2. For this batch of cases, scan your digests or compile photos of them in one PDF file
only and upload them in the designated folder in our Google Classroom on or before
Midterm Exam.

3. The file name of your digest compilation should follow this format:

LAST NAME_FIRST NAME_LAW155CASES_MIDTERMS

Ex. ROLUSTA-VALDEZ_STEPHANIE JOY_LAW155CASES_MIDTERMS

4. Students would be randomly asked to recite on the assigned cases during the class and
would be graded accordingly. Thus, it is a good rule of thumb to read the cases ahead
and comprehend them even if you have not yet written your digest on them;

5. There will be more cases to be assigned before the midterms and all of the digests for
the cases assigned before midterms should be compiled in one PDF file per student.
