NOTICE TO ALL GCG STAKEHOLDERS

SUBJECT : EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO SUBMIT REPORTS TO THE GCG

DATE : 20 APRIL 2020

In view of the issuance of the Memorandum from the Executive Secretary dated
07 April 2020 extending the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) over the entire
Luzon until 30 April 2020, the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) is
EXTENDING the deadline of the following:

1. The Quarterly Monitoring Report for the 1st Quarter required under GCG
Memorandum Circular (M.C.) No. 2017-021 may instead be submitted to the
GCG and uploaded in the GOCC’s website together with the Quarterly
Monitoring Report for the 2nd Quarter within thirty (30) days from the close of
the 2nd Quarter;

2. The Financial Information and Highlights of Accomplishments for 2019 of the

GOCC as input to the GCG’s 2019 Annual Report pursuant to Section 5(k)
of Republic Act No. 101492 shall be submitted to the GCG within ten (10)
days from resumption of office upon the lifting of the ECQ or, whenever
possible, to submit the same via electronic mail if physical submission is still
not possible.
