your brain and personality
❏ You need to keep this sleep journal for FIVE nights (3 school nights, 2 weekend
nights) and provide as much detail as you can

took place in old elementary school, cardboard doors

Were they any stressful and/or exciting events in the day prior to your sleep? No
What did you eat during the day/evening prior to going to sleep? Yogurt, pretzels, pasta,
chicken and stuffing

had one

burrito with chips and guac, and cheese burger and fries
