Trainer profile

Sara Safrin is the founder and trainer at SL Technology Ltd with

industry experience of more than 12 years. She is the first female

CBAP certified business analyst by IIBA from Bangladesh. She is

an ex-bkash DGM, Solution Delivery. Worked with bKash’s

dynamic product & development team. Collaborated with multiple

cross functional teams to achieve product goals for the world’s

largest MFS.

She was the Lead BA from BRAC IT Services. She has done

requirement analysis for Finance, HR, Accounting module & overall ERP implementation in

world’s no 1 NGO BRAC. She got the chance to work with BRAC’s versatile HR policy. With

the help of domain experts, proposed enhancement of the overall system for efficiency.

She worked as a BA for Loan Application Management, Remittance Management System,

Merchant Portal of BRAC Bank Ltd. She worked for ICDDB,B as Technical Lead at Matlab

Health & Socio Economic Survey 2, which was a large online survey application.

She holds a good academic record and completed MSc in CSE from United International

University and BSc in CSE from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology. Passionate

about training and coaching others for career development. Founded Shobuj Life or SL

Technology Limited which has given her a chance to serve this purpose.
