Examination Schedule.

Classes IV-IX,XI
Unit-2 Examination
For online students
1. For the smooth conduct of examination, we request that a parent or any guardian of online students
should be present with the child at the time of examination.
2. Paper timings and duration is written in the table below according to the classes.
3. All attachments, mails or pdf file should be sent within the given time.
4. All the instructions given by the invigilator at the time of exam to be followed carefully.
5. Proper ruled sheets/register sheets should be used for writing the paper.
6. Please ensure that all the pictures of the sheets/pages should be clear and readable.
7. Students should send a single pdf file for the whole paper with proper numbering on each sheet.
8. The paper will include both objective and subjective paper.
9. Pdf file should be send to class incharge and to the concerned subject teacher as well.
10. The link of the paper will be shared 10 minutes before the start of exam.
11. The teachers shall be invigilating the students during the test, so students need to switch on their
cameras.
12. Students should keep their stationery and other items ready and next to them as they would not be allowed to
move around during the exam.

For classes IV-VIII Duration

(9:30 am – 10:30 am) (1 hr )
Objective(MCQs) 20 minutes 10 marks 10 x 1 = 10 marks
(9:30 am – 9:50 am)
Break(10 minutes)
Subjective 30 minutes 10 marks
(10:00 am – 10:30 am)
(online st. submit before 10:45 am) Total:20 marks

For classes IX,XI Duration

(9:30 am – 10:30 am) (1 hr 30 min.)
Objective(MCQs) 20 minutes 10 marks 10 x 1 = 10 marks
(9:30 am – 9:50 am)
Break(10 minutes)
Subjective 1 Hour 30 marks
(10:00 am – 11:00 am)
(submit before 11:15 am) Total:40 marks
