JV indicated that the G1 and G2 roads have damaged extensively due to rainfall. CCCC needs to
repair the roads.

a day.

JV reported there is still shortage of medicine in different first aid boxes in the site. CCCC needs
to refill the medicines more frequently.

CCCC reported they have given sufficient medicines in the first aid box all over the site. BBA and JV will
check the boxes for the medicine.

JV reported slurry from the sediment pond was getting into the river water. CCCC needs to
rectify this issue.

Emergency light of the vehicles JV stated that in the left internal structure all vehicles are not equipped with the emergency
3.2 and toilet condition at internal lights and the condition of the toilet is unhygienic. JV suggested to make sure the vehicles got

JV got the contact number of the emergency ambulance service. JV also indicated that the
ambulances should be ready for any emergency services.

CCCC stated they have arranged 24hrs ambulance for the both west and east side and will share the
contact details of the HSE manager in the east bank. JV will check the condition of the ambulance.
