7. Reverse Osmosis System
Purpose : To desalt the raw water i.e. to reduce
TDS. By using Semi Permeable Membrane filter
elements, where ion filtration process is carried out
by applying pressure in the water. So finally we
will get Low salt water with low TDS & High
purity. Here will have to drain the water at one side
to Wash the Membrane filter elements continuously
because of filtration process there is nothing to be
polluted in the system. Normally the R.O. System
consists of spirally wound R.O Membranes with
FRP Pressure tubes. The R.O system is offered for
Salt reduction so as to achieve the desired treated
water quality.

1. Payment - 50 % advance. 40% before Delivery or 10% 30 days with pending date

3. Warranty - 12 Months from the date of DELIVERY.
4. Taxes - EXTRA 18 % .

24. We believe our service is our capital & goodwill, so kindly call immediately when machine
gets breakdown.
25. Kindly collect payment clearance certificate from company after erecting of machine without
that service will not be provided from company.

SCHEDULE OF EXCLUSIONS
All civil works, such as plant building, Shed, foundation of equipments, bolts, pipe supports,
supporting structures, platforms and mass concreting.
Acid/alkali proof lining of required areas like neutralizing sump, acid and alkali handling areas
etc.
All electrical works like power supply, cables, cabling, cable trays, underground earthing,
motor/local control centers, starters, push button stations and plant lighting including
materials, erection and commissioning.
Unloading, storage, Lifting, insurance and security of equipment at site.
Relevant connections from termination points given in our offer.
Lubricants, oils and grease including the first charge.
Fire Fighting System.
Construction of drain sump and drain channels and any special lining of the flooring and
drain channel.

Lighting arrangements, lighting fixtures, lamps, poles, cables required for lighting, or any
lighting distribution boards.
Earthing and lightening protection.
Laboratory testing facilities, instruments and reagents.

Transit Insurance matters shall be in your scope and any claims for loss, damage shall be
lodged by the client with the Insurance company and even when the transit Insurance has
been arranged by us on behalf of the client for their convenience. Repairs, replacement for
the damage, loss shall be made good at extra cost and not lined to receipt of claim by client
from Insurance.
All Statutory Clearance and sanctions required for the implementation of the project.
All equipments, work and services not specifically mentioned as forming part of our offer.
Erection, Commissioning and handing over of the plant shall be considered to have been
completed as described below:
The plant shall be considered erected once the equipment, media, interconnecting piping,
instruments and accessories essential to the plant operation are in place. Minor job
completion, not affecting commissioning, shall not be reason to consider it not completed.
The plant shall be considered as commissioned on attaining the required water output and
quality for maximum 3 runs or cycle have been jointly witnessed / demonstrated. Minor
corrections, modifications like leakage, component rectification, etc. not affecting
commissioning shall be completed later.
The plant shall be considered as handed over to client once the commissioning runs/cycle
have been completed as referred above.
