1. WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL ROLE? WHY?

I would describe the ideal job as a job that makes the most of my qualifications and abilities,
and gives me a chance to constantly challenge myself. I look for a stable job with quality
supervision, a positive work culture at a successful company that will encourage me to work at
my best.

2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHORT-TERM GOALS?

I’m working on improving my core competencies through professional development, and on-the-job
experience. My aim is to become the best I can be at my role so that I can take on higher-level
responsibilities when needed and prepare myself for future advancement opportunities. One way
I’ve been doing this is by taking on leadership roles such as becoming the team leader in my most
recent experience.

3. WHAT ARE YOUR LONG-TERM GOALS? ANY CAREER PLANS IN THE NEXT 3-5
YEARS?

My long-term goal is to manage the sales department at a company. I hope to achieve that by first getting
to manage a smaller team within the next two to three years and generate enough results to be
considered for department manager after another two years. I have prepared for this in the past year by
taking sales courses, and I plan on taking up a management class in the near future. Your company’s
sales department is very well-organized, and I feel would be the ideal place for me to achieve my goals.

4. WHAT DUTIES HAVE YOU MOST ENJOYED IN YOUR MOST RECENT ROLE? WHAT
DUTIES HAVE YOU LEAST ENJOYED IN YOUR MOST RECENT ROLE?

In my last job I was a member of a five-person team, and we worked together on a variety of large-
scale projects where each of us was responsible for one part of the project. I really enjoyed the
teamwork aspect of the job, and liked seeing how all the pieces of our projects came together in
the end. The teamwork aspect of that job and this job is something that greatly appeals to me,
because I typically end up learning a lot about what I'm capable of when working in sync with
others.

5. WHAT DO YOU FEEL ARE YOUR STRENGTHS?

 My strength is my flexibility to handle change. As Senior Store Associate at my last job, I was able
to turn around a negative working environment and develop a very supportive team. I’m
dependable, flexible, friendly, hardworking, expressive, formal, punctual and being a team player
and I think these are my strength towards my professional career.

6. WHAT SKILLS DO YOU FEEL YOU COULD MOST IMPROVE ON?

As far as weaknesses, I feel that my management skills could be stronger, and I am constantly
working to improve them.

7. WHAT MAKES YOU IDEAL FOR THIS POSITION?

I believe I’m an ideal candidate because I’m goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer
service best practices. I have an exceptional organizational skill and draw energy from being part
of a team. Basically, it’s being able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales
targets.

8. HOW DO YOU LEARN BEST? PREFERRED LEARNING STYLE?

I’m into Visual and auditory type of learning. I usually got some more principles and procedures
easily and take into actions with these kinds of learning style.

9. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE STRESSED?

I do love handling stress by spending time with friends & family. I always not forget to make laugh
and reduce the intake of caffeine (such as coffee & energy drink ).

10. WHAT ARE YOUR INTERESTS/HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF WORK?

I usually do travel to some beaches and mountains to see beautiful nature that would keep me relax. I also
love watching some video tutorials to refresh my mind into some ideas and playing Online games to some
times.
