Rationale
Theme of the Quiz: ‘Millennials VS GenZ’

iLeothon hopes to generate the positive spirit in its participants and take them through a competition
which would test the students' competence across areas of general awareness, time management,
managerial and entrepreneurial skills, team management, effective listening, efficient resource
utilization and creativity.

Generation Z has emerged as a population increasingly worthy of attention, especially now as its older
members enter young adulthood. Born after 1995, Generation Zers share a number of characteristics
with Millennials, their formative years have been shaped by a drastically different world, resulting in
key differences in attitudes, tendencies and outlook.

The topic, ‘MILLENNIALS VS GENZ’ has been chosen to make students more observant aware about
their surroundings and understand how much the generation and time has changed over the time.
