Scenario 1: The Restaurant
Question 1 : How you manage the conflict in this situation

Of course, as a new employee like Bea, I still feel like a beginner and want to get
immediate service when it comes to customer service. The situation with you in such a
situation. Ultimately, are you still learning to develop a process readily applicable to new
hires and instead not very useful to other colleagues who imitate Bea's way, or is she? A new
employee is trying to learn how to serve a customer. So, as a manager, when this happens,
I'll assign another VIP staff member, especially Rafael, who has experience in dealing with
customer needs. However, Bea, who has little experience in customer service, understands.

All managers and leaders need to set goals for all team members to work together.

to be effective. Set goals for cohesion and be productive as soon as possible, especially for
managers. Observe your people, especially their skills, the most suitable for the team, or
even your organization's general behaviors and attitudes. These have little to do with the
people who work there. And let them worry about what their goals are. I give everyone a
purpose, keep them positive and competitive, and therefore build a stronger team. Working
